Researcher/Scriptwriter

Your Role

We are looking for a Research Script Writer who can take a given topic (with some guidance from our team leaders) and turn it into a clear and engaging YouTube script. This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, comfortable researching complex subjects, and able to explain difficult ideas in a way that is simple and useful to a broad audience. Knowledge of AI, financial markets, and crypto is preferred, but not strictly required. What matters most is the ability to research, think clearly, and communicate complex ideas. You will be responsible for developing full-length scripts for the network of Coin Bureau channels, transforming research topics into compelling narratives that educate and keep viewers engaged.

   1. Research & Topic Development

   Conduct independent research into topics across AI, financial markets, crypto, technology, and related sectors. You should be comfortable starting with a broad outline or brief prompt and developing it into a complete, well-supported script.

   2. YouTube Script Writing

   Write clear and informative scripts for our network of YouTube channels. Scripts should be easy to follow and written in a style that keeps viewers interested from beginning to end.

   3. Accuracy & Source Evaluation

   Ensure that scripts are factually accurate and based on reliable information. You will need to assess sources carefully and make sure claims are properly supported.

   4. Audience-Focused Writing

   Write with the audience in mind: curious viewers who want practical explanations of complex topics. The writing should be informative and engaging without being overly technical or academic.

   5. Market & Trend Awareness

   Stay up to date with major developments in AI, financial markets, crypto, and emerging technologies. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should be curious enough to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics.

   6. Collaboration With Content Team

   Work with editors and production team members to refine scripts and ensure they are ready for recording. This may include revising drafts or adjusting tone.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is someone who: • Can take a loose topic idea and turn it into a complete script. • Writes clearly and with strong structure. • Enjoys researching unfamiliar subjects. • Can explain complex ideas without making them boring. • Has strong judgment around sources and accuracy. • Understands or is willing to learn about AI, financial markets, and crypto. • Can write for YouTube, not just for written reports or articles. • Knows how to hold attention while still being informative.
