Crypto News: Ronin Hack, Terra BTC Buys, SOL, ADA, DOT & More!

It's Monday again, and that means it's time for another weekly crypto review! There were a lot of exciting developments last week and it looks like we're in for another exciting week. That's mainly because of the Bitcoin Conference in Miami. Get ready for volatility...
But back to last week. In my opinion, the biggest news was the release of all the details about Terra's BTC buys by Terra co-founder Do Kwon. People don't seem to be aware of how much a big deal this is. Not to be dramatic, but it could change the financial world.
This is simply because what Terra is doing is using BTC to back their decentralised stablecoin (UST). Once all the technical infrastructure is put in place, we could have truly decentralised money that's backed by the biggest digital currency. A pretty big deal IMO.
A bunch of macro stuff also caught my eye such as the decision by Tesla and Gamestop to split their stocks. Amazon and Google announced they'd be doing the same earlier this year, and the positive price effects could spill over into the crypto market.
This barely scratches the surface of all the stuff I got into in this week's crypto review, and trust me when I say that it's one you cannot afford to miss!
