Ethereum: Merge INCOMING!! ETH Predictions & Analysis!

It's time for a new video - and this couldn't have come at a better time.
That's because today I will be taking a look at the latest updates for Ethereum.
A lot has happened since my last video, including the fact that ETH 2.0 is no more! Yep, they have changed the way that the foundation will refer to the upgrades and have rather opted for an upgrade to the "consensus layer".
Despite these changes, the upcoming proof-of-stake merge is still going to be as monumental as it was before the name change. That's because not only could it lead to a flood of institutional capital flowing in, but it could also mean a deflationary currency - "Ultrasound Money" as they say.
However, contrary to popular opinion, it won't lead to drastic scaling benefits. Scaling that the Ethereum network is in dire need of if it wants to maintain its dominance over other Layer 1s. This has led to many concerns about ETH which I will of course address.
I will also delve into an interesting pricing model that was recently disclosed in an institutional research report. It gives perhaps the best estimate of the price ETH should fundamentally be at on the Merge.
