Housing Bubble COLLAPSING?! What You NEED To Watch!!

Jun 12, 2022

Hi Guys,

There are several asset classes that have been impacted by the great "deflation" that the Fed has embarked on over the past few months. Stocks, bonds, crypto.

However, there is one asset class that doesn't appear to have fared that badly and that is property. Despite interest rates going up at a rapid clip, the global housing market hasn't fallen nearly as much as one would expect.

So, this could only mean two things:

1. It's somehow more resilient or
2. It's due a massive correction

In my video today, I take a deeper look into the global property bubble and explain exactly what's been behind its recent movements. I also look into some of the most exuberant property markets out there and analyse whether they could be due a correction.

Finally, I dissect a report by the Dallas Fed which analysed the sustainability of some of these property bubbles.

So, if you are interested in understanding exactly where the property market is headed - then this is a vid you can't afford to miss!

P.S. Enjoy that disclaimer!
